  Customer service today was NOT very "on Target". Did a gift exchange that my husband bought for me online. They wouldn't look up his email, so I had to provide my driver's license...FOR AN EVEN EXCHANGE of an UNUSED, TAGS ON, lamp. When he was done seeing patients and could send me the receipt, (after the fact) I asked if it could be reversed, the associate claims "it's not my fault!" Um...refusing to look up the email the order the item was placed under? IS ypur fault. HATE this Target. But it was convenient to where my other errands were today. I prefer Target East.

  Terrible. 4 lanes open at 230 on a Saturday.. 50 people waiting not a manager in sight and no sense of urgency with anyone. Could have just went to walmart for all this

  Oh my goodness...we want to purchase a Dyson Pure Cool Link Air Purifier. It was like Fort Knox. We had to find an associate to ask him to unlock the inventory control cable. He did not understand, so he had to come over to see in order to understand. With a puzzled expression on his face, he went to fund another associate who in turn had to get a manager. We then had to wait for him to get a key to the security device. After unlocking the cable, he then walked us to the check out and removed he security device. What really sucks for them is I did not finish my shopping and went else where. It is a shame that they have no other type of theft or inventory control than customer inconvenience.

  Usually keep good stock of items and have a lot of variety, some great deals too. The really under appreciated thing here though is their groceries. They have some of the best store brand meat, frozen foods, and diary products you can find and at reasonable prices. Their 85% ground beef is amazing.
