  Absolutely horrible. They wouldn't accept 4 lights I wanted to return. I had my company transition report when they were purchased and they still sell the same light in the store. They said since the I'd # on the transition report didn't match the store I'd #, they would take the return. An obvious coding error by Lowe's and not me. I spend tens of thousands of dollars with Lowe's each year. I'm not upset about the monetary portion of the attempted return but cleared upset at the principle behind this. Honestly thinking of closing my entire company account and opening one at Home Depot.

  I ordered 18 gallon totes online. 2 green & 2 gray. Received a call that the green totes were all cracked & I would have to reorder 2 more gray if I wanted to replace the green ones. Why couldn't they just ask me if I wanted all gray & simply change the order for me? Would have been a lot easier.
