  Intrepid was great for us!! After trying to get satisfaction from LG Customer Service for months and wasting countless hours on the phone with them, we finally got them to agree to send a repairman. Thankfully the repairman they sent was Jeff from Intrepid. He researched the model and the problems we were having, came up with a diagnosis and made the trip to our house and fixed it! After months of frustration, it only took one visit from Jeff and our dryer works like it is supposed to. Thank you, Intrepid, for efficient, courteous, and effective service!

  Jeff was great! I had used wrong screws to mount TV back on the stand, and it had messed up the picture of half the screen. Jeff didn't make promises saying I might have damaged panel, but opened up the TV and was able to fix the short I had created on the circuit board. Great, rapid, knowledgeable service!
