  Worst experience. First they took money out of my moms account without her even signing the contract. Then it was for a more expensive bounce house that we didn't want or sign for. 6 weeks in and still no refund for the difference. It's like a one man business and he's clearly over his head, and the number for the business must also be his personal number because he answers hello. No business name! The operator of the bounce house didn't even properly secure the bounce house and it started to deflate while the children were playing inside. First and last time I'll ever go through this "business" again.

  Very professional on the phone, showed up on time. Better than expected, will definitely use again and will recommend to friends wanting to rent a bounce, slide, or obstacle course.
