  When we first came into to get my ring sized it took about 10-15 minutes for us to get someone to notice and talk to us. We should have left because of that but decided not to. The jeweler was actually pretty nice and gave an accurate size of what my ring should be. He told me that it would take a week so I should be expecting a call. I called them back after a week because I haven't heard back from them and they didn't even start my ring yet. They said it would be ready the week after that but I needed the week they said it would be done so that was an issue. They said they could expedite it so I could have it in time so I went the next day and they were closed so I couldn't even get it the day they said it would be done. I finally got a call back and went to pick up my ring, and again the customer service was horrible. She greeted me but had a conversation with her co-workers until we mentioned we needed help. I gave it 2 stars because the ring was sized perfectly. Customer service and communication is horrible though.
