  I just needed to let you know that my husband and I have had the most wonderful experience ever when purchasing furniture for our home. In fact, I dread the idea of even walking into a furniture store as I have always felt stalked and most folks are not friendly as they are just trying to make a sale. That however, was not the case when we stop at Bob's Discount Furniture, which I need to say was our first trip. My husband and I had mapped out a plan to start at Bob's then go to Value City, Ashley's and last Wolfe's to find what we were looking for. After meeting Bob Gates and his genuinely friend help we bought a bedroom suite and a small sectional which was everything we were shopping for. We never went to any of the other stores. And Bob was the true reason. From the time we walked in we were treated as we were the only customers in the store. He clearly explained the signage and answered every one of our questions. His people skills are impeccable, so much so we will be visiting him again shortly to purchase a set of lamps. AND I will be passing out his name to any family or friend looking for furniture:-) He was awesome and a major asset to Bob's team.

  My mom and I were surprised on our visit to Bob’s to see the great selection and quality. We were greeted by Greg C. and asked if we were there to see anything specific (and we actually were) but were assured we could browse until we were ready without being bothered. When we found what we had come to see and were ready to purchase, Greg gave us all the details of the couch we picked out, showed us how the pull out bed function, and made the shipping and delivery process to my brother easy and quick. The atmosphere was enjoyable and Greg’s service was excellent. He was polite, funny, and helpful. We will definitely return!

  So far my wife and I have been there twice and plan on going back for all our furniture needs for our new home. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and very patient he made our purchase easy and painless. John the manager was great. And the guys who deliver were very professional and knowledgeable as well which shocked me. I highly recommend Bobs furniture outlet in Harrisburg. To date we have purchased a dining room table, bedroom set and a sectional.
