The problem is the screen does not work. Cannot enter certain letters or numbers the scrolling locks up and cannot get to certain apps. You cannot use a otter box cover either the screen does not work. I was told the service offered must be apple certified which they are not. They whole idea of taken the phone there was a bad mistake.
